Weatherproof housings built to your drawing
Outdoor cabinets, junction boxes, control housings and instrument enclosures — cut, formed, welded, coated and hardware-fitted as one controlled work order instead of five separate vendors.
Gasket channels, continuous weld seams, drainage paths and door flatness are planned at drawing review — because an enclosure that will not seal is scrap, not rework.
PEM studs, standoffs, hinges, latches, earthing bosses and DIN rail mounts are pressed and installed in the same plant, so the enclosure arrives ready to populate.
Powder coating for full outdoor exposure, zinc plating for sheltered interiors, 316 stainless where chlorides are present. The environment drives the spec, not the price list.
| Common materials | Cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, SS304, SS316, AL5052 |
| Wall thickness | 0.8 – 3.0 mm typical, up to 6.0 mm for heavy-duty frames |
| Forming | CNC press brake to ±0.5°, up to 3,200 mm bend length |
| Joining | Laser, TIG, MIG and spot welding; seams ground flush on request |
| Hardware | PEM nuts, studs, standoffs, hinges, latches, earthing points |
| Finishing | Powder coating, zinc plating, anodizing, brushing, passivation |
| Quality basis | ISO 9001:2015 · registration 34025Q30296R0S |
For buyers searching metal enclosure fabrication, the critical evidence is not a catalogue photo. It is whether the supplier controls panel flatness, gasket compression, welded seam continuity, hardware location and coating or passivation under one drawing revision.
| Materials | Cold-rolled or galvanized steel, SS304, SS316/316L and AL5052 |
|---|---|
| Typical walls | 0.8–3.0 mm; heavier frames reviewed to drawing |
| Forming | JFY TPR8-100 press brake, 3,200 mm bed, first-article angle checks |
| Joining | Laser, TIG, MIG and spot welding; continuous seams where sealing depends on them |
| Inspection | Door gap, diagonal squareness, critical cut-outs, hardware presence and coating checks |
We build to the sealing design in your drawing — gasket channel geometry, continuous weld seams, door flatness and fastener spacing. Formal IP certification is issued by an accredited test house against a finished unit, so specify the target rating and we build the enclosure to satisfy it.
Single bends run up to 3,200 mm on our JFY TPR8-100 press brake, which sets the practical panel limit. Larger assemblies are produced as welded frames from multiple formed panels.
Yes, in-house. PEM self-clinching nuts, studs and standoffs are pressed with controlled force; hinges, latches, DIN rail and earthing hardware are fitted before packing.
Powder-coated galvanized or cold rolled steel handles most outdoor installations economically. Move to SS304 where washdown or humidity is constant, and SS316 in coastal or chemical environments where chlorides attack 304.
Production orders can start from a single piece. Prototype enclosures are built from a single unit, which we recommend for validating door fit, sealing and finish before committing to a batch.
Yes. Specify the RAL number on your drawing, along with any masking zones for earthing points, threads or bearing surfaces. Coating thickness is gauge-checked on every batch.
Where the design allows, formed panels can ship unwelded for assembly at destination. This suits large cabinets where volumetric freight cost exceeds the assembly labour saving.
