Named machines, bookable tours
Six production lines across 15,000 m² in Nanpi County. Below is the actual equipment list — makes and models — and an open invitation to see any of it on a live video call.
Anyone can write "advanced equipment" on a website. Model numbers can be checked, compared and asked about. If a supplier will not name the machine that would run your part, that tells you something important.
Coil and sheet enter, and parts leave cut, formed, welded, machined, finished, inspected and packed. Each transfer between processes stays inside the same building, under the same work order and the same control plan.
Website photos prove nothing. A live video call where an engineer walks to a named machine and shows it running proves quite a lot. We schedule these on any business day.

Yes, on any business day between 08:00 and 18:00 Beijing time. An engineer walks the floor with a camera and shows you whichever machine you want to see, including the one that would run your part. Email xcwystamping@xcwybj.com to arrange it.
A LAIFU 400N at 400 tons, used for large-format and thick-gauge stamped sections. The smallest is a MIZ-25 at 25 tons for small precision components.
3,200 mm in a single stroke on the JFY TPR8-100 press brake. Longer assemblies are built as welded structures from multiple formed panels.
Yes. Design, build, try-out and repair all happen in our own die workshop. This matters mid-production: when a die needs attention, we fix it in hours rather than joining a third-party queue.

Yes, SGS has conducted an on-site supplier assessment. Buyers can also arrange their own inspection through SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Intertek or any accredited agency — we provide a dedicated inspection area and complete quality records.
