High-volume mounting hardware
L-brackets, Z-brackets, corner braces, shelf supports and mounting plates — produced on progressive tooling at volume, or laser cut and formed where quantities do not justify a die.
Below a few thousand pieces a year, laser cutting and bending avoids tooling investment entirely. Above that, progressive tooling drops the unit cost sharply. We quote both so you can see the crossover point rather than guess it.
Adding gauge is the expensive way to stiffen a bracket. Ribs, gussets, flanged edges and bend orientation usually deliver the same stiffness at lower material cost — and we flag these during drawing review.
Zinc plating, powder coating and passivation are handled in the same plant, and brackets can be bagged, kitted or bulk packed to suit your assembly line.

Our Alibaba.com storefront lists bracket products from $0.03 per piece. Real pricing depends on material, thickness, size, finish and volume — a large stainless bracket with powder coating sits nowhere near that figure. Send the drawing and quantity and you will have a real number within three business hours.
It varies with part complexity, but the crossover is typically in the low thousands per year. Below that, laser cutting and bending avoids tooling cost entirely. We quote both routes so the crossover is visible rather than assumed.
Yes. You pay for design, material and build; the tooling is used exclusively for your orders, maintained and stored by us, and released if you move production elsewhere.
Yes. 65Mn spring steel is stamped in the annealed condition and heat treated to spring temper afterwards, since forming hardened spring steel cracks it.
Powder coating over steel gives the strongest outdoor performance. Yellow zinc suits sheltered exterior use. For coastal or chemical exposure, SS316 without coating is usually the more economical long-term answer.
Yes. Individual bagging, kitting with fasteners, labelled cartons and custom packing quantities are all available — specify at RFQ so packing cost is in the quote.
Yes, PPAP Level 3 is our standard for automotive customers — PFMEA, control plans, MSA, dimensional results and material certifications. Other levels supported per your supplier quality manual.
