Include material, thickness, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and target date. We will review the manufacturing route before quoting.
Process capability across engineered products
We assess each project by drawing, material, process risk, inspection needs and production volume—not by attaching unsupported sector claims.
Brackets, guards, housings, panels and mechanical components.
Conductive parts, enclosures, covers and mounting hardware.
Stamped and formed parts produced to buyer drawings and inspection requirements.

Probably the more useful question is what your industry requires of a supplier. We manufacture enclosures and cabinets for telecom and electrical infrastructure, conductive and structural parts for power and EV applications, stainless components for food and medical equipment, and heavy-duty parts for agricultural machinery. What differs between them is the failure mode being designed against and the documentation that must accompany the parts — tell us both and you will get a straight answer about fit.
Send them with the enquiry. We hold ISO 9001:2015, registration 34025Q30296R0S, and we will confirm in writing which of your requirements we can meet and which we cannot, before you invest time qualifying us. That written answer is more useful to you than a general assurance.
Enclosures, cabinets and chassis for equipment builders are the largest share, followed by conductive and structural components for power and energy applications. The common thread is repeat production of the same part number over years rather than one-off projects — 1,400+ part numbers are in live production today.
Not directly, but their documentation and approval requirements can. A part needing first-article approval, material certificates and formal change control takes longer to reach production than the same part ordered against a simple purchase order. Tell us the approval process in the enquiry and the schedule reflects reality rather than an optimistic assumption.
Yes. Ask in your first message and we will return a signed NDA before you share drawings or describe the application. Several of the sectors we serve are competitive enough that this is the normal first step.
Yes. XCWY operates a 15,000 m² factory in Nanpi County with six production lines covering stamping, deep drawing, laser cutting, bending, welding and machining.
Yes. An engineering review checks process route, material, tooling implications and inspection requirements before a quotation is prepared.
Production is managed under ISO 9001:2015. Incoming material, first article, in-process and final inspection requirements are defined by the drawing and purchase specification.
