Yes. XCWY operates a 15,000 m² factory in Nanpi County with six production lines covering stamping, deep drawing, laser cutting, bending, welding and machining.
Yes. An engineering review checks process route, material, tooling implications and inspection requirements before a quotation is prepared.
Production is managed under ISO 9001:2015. Incoming material, first article, in-process and final inspection requirements are defined by the drawing and purchase specification.
Send XCWY your drawing, material, quantity, tolerance and quality requirements to start an engineering review for custom stamping, deep drawing, sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining. Reviews are handled against the released drawing revision, so the quotation reflects the actual material, tooling, process and inspection scope.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Drawings | 2D drawing or 3D model with revision level |
| Material | Material grade, temper and thickness or gauge |
| Quantity | Annual volume and batch size |
| Quality | Tolerance, surface finish and inspection requirements |
| Tooling | Whether tooling is required and who owns it |
| Logistics | Packaging requirements and destination country |
Drawings with revision level, material and thickness, annual and batch quantities, tolerance and surface finish requirements, and any inspection or packaging requirements.
PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP and IGES files are reviewed. A drawing with tolerances helps where a 3D model alone does not define critical requirements.
Yes. Low volumes are reviewed against the part geometry and process options, and are quoted where the manufacturing route is suitable.
Quotations are based on the supplied revision. If the drawing changes, the part is re-reviewed and the quotation is updated.
Where an alternative process meets the requirement with better cost or lead time, it is proposed during the engineering review.
