Floor-standing and rack-mount structures
Floor-standing cabinets, 19-inch racks, distribution cabinets and equipment housings — built as welded structures with the mounting, ventilation and finish your installation actually needs.
A cabinet is a load-bearing frame with skins attached. We design the weld sequence around squareness and door alignment, because a twisted frame cannot be corrected by adjusting hinges.
Rack rails, adjustable mounting plates, cable management, gland plates and plinth details are positioned from your equipment layout, not a generic template.
Vent positions, filter apertures, fan cutouts and cable entry all affect thermal performance and ingress protection. These get resolved before tooling, not after the first unit overheats.

| Mounting | 19-inch rails, adjustable plates, DIN rail, cable management |
| Access | Hinged and removable doors, side panels, lockable handles |
| Finishing | Powder coating to RAL, zinc plating, brushed stainless |

Yes. Give us the required U height, rail pitch standard and depth, and we cut the rail apertures from a nested pattern so hole positions stay consistent across the batch.
We treat an enclosure as a sealed box, usually wall or pole mounted, where ingress protection dominates. A cabinet is a floor-standing or rack structure where frame squareness, load path and access dominate. Different critical dimensions, different inspection plan.
Both. Welded frames ship assembled. Where freight volume is the larger cost, bolt-together designs can ship flat for assembly at destination — tell us which you prefer at RFQ and we design accordingly.
Yes, in-house. Specify the hardware or let us propose equivalents. Hardware is fitted and function-checked before packing.
That is determined by frame gauge, bracing and the load distribution of your equipment. Tell us the total mass and how it is mounted, and our engineer specifies frame thickness and bracing during DFM review.
Yes — SS304 for general washdown and humid environments, SS316 where chlorides are present. Both can be supplied brushed, polished or powder coated.
