Custom energy storage enclosure fabrication: outdoor BESS enclosures, battery rack components and PCS housings — galvanized and stainless builds with gasket-channel sealed doors, weather-rated coating and CMM-verified door fit.
Door frames are formed with the gasket channel in the same press-brake operation, so the seal path is consistent along all four sides — the difference between a weatherproof cabinet and a claim on paper.
Two-coat outdoor powder systems over galvanized substrate, with stainless 304/316L options for coastal installations. Coating thickness is verified per batch and shipped with the readings.
Every door frame is CMM-checked for squareness and hole position before finishing — a bad door frame is the fastest way to ruin a production run downstream.
