XCWY combines metal stamping, deep drawing, fiber laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, hardware insertion, five-axis machining and finishing coordination under one production programme. The factory has operated since 1998 in Nanpi County, Hebei. Its 15,000 m² site contains six production lines and 78 employees. Named equipment includes presses from 25 to 400 tons, a 12,000 W fiber laser, a 3,200 mm CNC press brake and an HDL-OKK DMU38 five-axis machining centre.

Material and finish decisions are reviewed against forming limits, weld behaviour, corrosion, conductivity, masking and inspection. Production is managed under ISO 9001:2015 registration 34025Q30296R0S. Material certificates, first-article dimensional reports and other agreed records are available when specified in the RFQ.

Metal Stamping & Deep Drawing, Managed Under One Roof

XCWY manufactures custom formed metal parts for overseas OEM programmes—from tooling and first article review to repeat production and final inspection.

One floor for every metal forming process

Stamping presses from 25 to 400 ton, multi-stage deep drawing, 12,000 W fiber laser cutting, CNC press braking to 3,200 mm, TIG/MIG/laser welding and five-axis machining all run inside one 15,000 m² plant in Nanpi County, Hebei. Parts pass between processes on a single work order and a single inspection record — no trading-desk handoffs, no tolerance stack owned by three different companies.

Engineers review your drawing before we quote

A manufacturing engineer checks flat patterns, bend sequences, tooling implications, weld distortion risk and finish masking on every incoming drawing, and returns pricing plus DFM feedback within 3 business hours on working days.

Quality that travels with the batch

Incoming material, in-process and final inspection run under our ISO 9001:2015 system, registration 34025Q30296R0S. CMM reports, EN 10204 material certificates and coating thickness readings ship with your order, so your own QA can close the loop without a second round of questions.

Prototype to series under one roof

MOQ from 1 pc lets you validate a design before committing tooling. The same engineers, fixtures and inspection points carry the programme from first article to repeat production — batch ten matches batch one.

Documented, verifiable, answerable

The certification we hold is published with its registration number; the plant, the presses and the people are ours; the drawings and parts are yours. NDA signed before you send anything.

FAQ

Do you manufacture parts in-house?

Yes. XCWY operates a 15,000 m² factory in Nanpi County with six production lines covering stamping, deep drawing, laser cutting, bending, welding and machining.

Can you review drawings before quotation?

Yes. An engineering review checks process route, material, tooling implications and inspection requirements before a quotation is prepared.

How is quality controlled?

Production is managed under ISO 9001:2015. Incoming material, first article, in-process and final inspection requirements are defined by the drawing and purchase specification.
