ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing since 1998
XCWY manufactures custom formed metal parts for overseas OEM programmes—from tooling and first article review to repeat production and final inspection.
Stamping presses from 25 to 400 ton, multi-stage deep drawing, 12,000 W fiber laser cutting, CNC press braking to 3,200 mm, TIG/MIG/laser welding and five-axis machining all run inside one 15,000 m² plant in Nanpi County, Hebei. Parts pass between processes on a single work order and a single inspection record — no trading-desk handoffs, no tolerance stack owned by three different companies.
A manufacturing engineer checks flat patterns, bend sequences, tooling implications, weld distortion risk and finish masking on every incoming drawing, and returns pricing plus DFM feedback within 3 business hours on working days.
Incoming material, in-process and final inspection run under our ISO 9001:2015 system, registration 34025Q30296R0S. CMM reports, EN 10204 material certificates and coating thickness readings ship with your order, so your own QA can close the loop without a second round of questions.
MOQ from 1 pc lets you validate a design before committing tooling. The same engineers, fixtures and inspection points carry the programme from first article to repeat production — batch ten matches batch one.
The certification we hold is published with its registration number; the plant, the presses and the people are ours; the drawings and parts are yours. NDA signed before you send anything.
