One floor for every metal forming process

Stamping presses from 25 to 400 ton, multi-stage deep drawing, 12,000 W fiber laser cutting, CNC press braking to 3,200 mm, TIG/MIG/laser welding and five-axis machining all run inside one 15,000 m² plant in Nanpi County, Hebei. Parts pass between processes on a single work order and a single inspection record — no trading-desk handoffs, no tolerance stack owned by three different companies.

Engineers review your drawing before we quote

A manufacturing engineer checks flat patterns, bend sequences, tooling implications, weld distortion risk and finish masking on every incoming drawing, and returns pricing plus DFM feedback within 3 business hours on working days.

Incoming material, in-process and final inspection run under our ISO 9001:2015 system, registration 34025Q30296R0S. CMM reports, EN 10204 material certificates and coating thickness readings ship with your order, so your own QA can close the loop without a second round of questions.

Do you manufacture parts in-house?

Yes. XCWY operates a 15,000 m² factory in Nanpi County with six production lines covering stamping, deep drawing, laser cutting, bending, welding and machining.

Can you review drawings before quotation?

Yes. An engineering review checks process route, material, tooling implications and inspection requirements before a quotation is prepared.

How is quality controlled?
