Frames, guards, hoppers, chutes and stainless contact parts for packaging lines — fabricated for high cycle rates, washdown environments and the tolerance repeatability a line needs.
Packaging machines live on repeatability. Laser-cut profiles and CNC-formed parts hold the same position across the batch, which keeps line changeover and adjustment time down.
Stainless contact parts are TIG welded, ground flush and passivated — no crevices to trap product, no finish that fails a washdown audit.
Structural frames are MIG welded with fixture-controlled sequences and post-weld dimensional verification before coating.

SS304 as standard, SS316L where the process sees higher chloride or acid exposure. Both supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates and heat-number traceability.
Yes. Contact seams are TIG welded with controlled heat input, ground flush and blended — no crevices, pits or undercut. Inspected on every seam.
Brushed 240 to 400 grit with profilometer-verified roughness; polished on request. Passivation is standard after finishing.
