FAQ

What stainless do you use for packaging contact parts?

SS304 as standard, SS316L where the process sees higher chloride or acid exposure. Both supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates and heat-number traceability.

Can you make hygienic welds?

Yes. Contact seams are TIG welded with controlled heat input, ground flush and blended — no crevices, pits or undercut. Inspected on every seam.

What finish can you achieve on stainless?

Brushed 240 to 400 grit with profilometer-verified roughness; polished on request. Passivation is standard after finishing.

What is your minimum order?

From 1 pc for prototypes. Production batches are quoted per project.
