Chassis, housings, bezels and panels for electronic products — formed to hold PCBs, connectors and displays in exactly the position your assembly needs, with the tolerance to do it every time.
Bosses, standoffs, slots and bezel openings are positioned and toleranced against your PCB layout. We review the drawing against assembly reality at DFM stage, so the enclosure fits the electronics on the first build.
Powder coating and plating are specified with masking planned in — logos, grounding pads and contact surfaces stay clean, which avoids field failures and rework further down your line.
XCWY holds ISO 9001:2015. We do not hold UL or IEC certification. We manufacture enclosures to your drawings and support your product compliance work — electrical safety certification remains yours.

Yes — PEM studs and standoffs are pressed in-house with correct tooling, and machined bosses can be added where the design requires a formed feature to carry a screw.

Laser profiles hold ±0.05 mm, and fit-critical positions are CMM-verified on first article and sampled production units.
