What thickness do you handle for construction parts?

Production forming runs to 6.0 mm; laser cutting covers carbon steel to 25 mm for heavy plate. The 400-ton press handles heavy stamped sections.

Can you weld heavy structural frames?

Yes. MIG welding handles structural thickness, with fixture-controlled sequences to manage distortion and post-weld dimensional verification before coating.

What coating survives site conditions?

Powder coating over galvanized base material gives the best combination — corrosion resistance plus impact tolerance for pressure-washed site equipment.

Can you reverse-engineer a part from a sample?

Yes — send the physical part and we produce a drawing, then confirm material, tolerance and finish before production. A drawing is faster, but a sample works.

What is the minimum order?
