Precision parts, honestly documented

Metal Parts for Aerospace Support & Ground Equipment

Support equipment, tooling, fixtures and ground-handling parts in high-tolerance sheet metal and machined components — manufactured to your specification with full documentation, from a shop that states exactly what it holds and what it does not.

Precision where the drawing demands it

Machined features hold ±0.005 mm on the HDL-OKK DMU38 5-axis centre, and formed sheet parts hold ±0.05 mm profiles — precision is matched to the drawing, not applied uniformly.

Documentation that supports your QA

Material certificates, inspection records and dimensional reports accompany every batch, so your quality system can close the loop without chasing us.

What we hold, stated plainly

XCWY holds ISO 9001:2015 (34025Q30296R0S). We are not AS9100 or NADCAP certified. We manufacture to your drawings and documentation requirements and support your programme — certification of the supply chain remains yours to manage.

FAQ

Are you AS9100 certified?

No. XCWY holds ISO 9001:2015 (registration 34025Q30296R0S). We manufacture to your drawings and documentation requirements; supply-chain certification remains yours to manage.

What tolerances can you actually hold?

Machined features to ±0.005 mm on the 5-axis centre; laser profiles ±0.05 mm; bend angles ±0.5°. Quoted against actual equipment.

What documentation ships with parts?

Material certificates, inspection records and dimensional reports. CMM data supplied on request.

Do you work from our drawings only?

Yes — build-to-print. We review the drawing for manufacturability and return DFM feedback, but the design and its requirements stay yours.

What is the minimum order?

From 1 pc for prototypes and first articles.
